Mr. Squeegee was founded in 2023 by Luke Stuart, who built a strong reputation for reliable service in the Iowa City area. His dedication and work ethic laid the foundation for what the business is today.

In 2026, Mr. Squeegee was acquired by Premier Exterior Care, a company founded in 2024 and co-owned by Gavin Phillips (right) and Carson Houg (left). Already established in the Des Moines area, they are continuing to grow the brand while building on the strong reputation created in Iowa City.

Mr. Squeegee remains the name used in Iowa City, now backed by the team and vision of Premier Exterior Care.
